Rebecca A. Dandoy, MD

Dr. Dandoy was raised in Columbus, Ohio and then later moved to Akron, Ohio. She graduated from the University of Michigan and received her M.D. degree at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Miami Children's Hospital in Miami, Florida. Dr. Dandoy is married to Chris Dandoy, who completed a pediatric oncology fellowship at Cincinnati Children's Medical Center. They reside in Franklin with their two daughters, Chloe and Camilla.


Diana E. Small, MD

Dr. Small has been with Children’s Medical Center since 1985. She is currently the Chair of the Pediatrics Section at Atrium Medical Center. Dr. Small received her medical degree from Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio in 1981 and completed her residency in pediatrics at Chldren’s Hospital in Akron, Ohio in 1984. Dr. Small lives in Middletown. Dr. Small is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics


Lauren Fryman, FNP-C

Lauren grew up in Middletown, Ohio.  She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Thomas More University.  She practiced as a Registered Nurse at Children’s Medical Center before pursuing her Masters in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University.  Lauren is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  She lives in Hamilton, Ohio with her husband, daughter and golden retriever.


Alex Witmer, PA-C

Alex was raised in Grand Island, Nebraska. He received his Bachelor of Science from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa. In 2013, he joined the Air Force and served as an Aerospace Medical Technician for 4 years. He then went on to obtain his Master of Science-Physician Assistant degree from Nova Southeastern University in Orlando, Florida. Alex is a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). He lives in West Chester, OH and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.


Victoria Forino, PA-C

Tori grew up in Carlisle, OH. She then moved to Lexington KY, where she graduated from the University of Kentucky with her Bachelor's degree in Biology with a Spanish minor. She then completed a Masters of Science degree in Anatomy at Wright State University before ultimately moving to Tennessee where she studied and got her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Lincoln Memorial University. She is a board-certified Physician Associate (PA-C). She enjoys fishing, singing, and spending time with her husband, family, and fur baby Binx.
